Down here at 3413 in Bara Hindu Rao, things stay pretty busy. Asia Glass Co. has been around this part of the neighborhood for quite some time. It's a bit of a crowded area, so getting stuff in and out can be a challenge sometimes, especially when the trucks are trying to navigate the narrow lanes. We mostly deal with glass of all sorts. The shop floor is usually covered in some kind of offcuts or crates. It isn't a showroom by any means. It’s a workplace. You’ll hear the sound of cutting and loading most of the day. We’ve known the people around here for years. Everyone knows where Bara Hindu Rao is, but finding our specific door among all the other shops takes a minute if it's your first time visiting. We don't go in for anything fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but work comes first. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific for their house or a small project. We just pull it from the stock and get it ready. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it’s noisy, but it’s what we do. We like being tucked away here. It feels like we are part of the history of this place.
