Azad Market is a hectic place to work, but it’s where everything happens. We are located at 10143 Library Road. If you come by, you’ll likely hear the sounds of trucks loading and unloading. It’s a bit of a maze back here. We deal with food products, so there’s always a specific smell in the air, usually something like spices or grains. The building is old and the floors are worn down from all the boots walking over them. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s a warehouse and a small office space where we keep the books. We’ve been part of this market community for years. We know the other shop owners and the guys who deliver the raw materials. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We are usually in old clothes because things get dusty. We just focus on getting the orders out to the customers on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, or the rain makes the road impossible to navigate. We don't make big promises. We just try to keep the supply moving. It’s a simple operation at Ankit Food Products. No corporate slogans, just a lot of heavy lifting and checking labels on bags. It's what we do every single day on Library Road. We just keep the bags moving and the orders filled.
