You can find us over in West Sant Nagar, Burari. Specifically, we are at Kh. No. 13/10 and 13/1 in Bhagat Colony, Block A-2. It’s on the ground floor. Deepak Kumar Jha is the one running things here. We are Amvisha Real Estate Developers. Burari is a growing part of North East Delhi, and there is always some new construction happening. We focus on developing small plots and building local housing. It’s not a high-profile corporate job. It’s about being on the ground every day. The office is usually full of maps and property papers. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. If you come by, we’ll probably just offer you some water or tea from the stall nearby. We started this because we saw how much people needed decent places to live in this area. We don't do big marketing campaigns. Word spreads through the neighbors and local families. Sometimes the paperwork with the authorities takes forever, and it’s frustrating, but we deal with it. We have a small crew of laborers who have been with us for years. We know their families and they know ours. It is more about community than big business. We just want to build houses that stay standing and make sense for the people here. It's a lot of walking around in the sun and checking levels. We are just local builders doing our thing in Sant Nagar. We are not trying to be the biggest company.
