Anyone who knows Delhi knows this market is the place for anything electrical. It’s always crowded and the lanes are narrow, so getting stock in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Our shop is packed with boxes from the floor to the ceiling. We don't have much room for anything other than the products we sell. The building itself has seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We spend most of the day answering questions and pulling items off the shelves for people. It’s dusty work and by the end of the shift, our hands are usually pretty dirty. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we handle the bills. The lighting isn't the best, which is funny considering what we sell here. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls while we wait for more people to come in. It’s a fast-paced environment where you have to know exactly where every little part is hidden in the back. We don't bother with fancy displays. People come here because they know we have what they need in those boxes. It is a bit chaotic, but we have our own system that works for us. We’ve been part of this market community for a long time and we like the energy of the place despite the noise.
