A P T Kitchens is located at 8647, Double Phatak Road. The road can get pretty congested with all the traffic coming through, but the shop is easy to spot once you get close. Kitchen setups are what we work on here. The space is mostly a mix of a small office area and a place where we keep samples of shutters and counters. Having a big, shiny showroom isn't how we do things. It’s more of a place where you can come and see how things are actually built. A lot of catalogs and material samples are scattered around on the tables. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s someone asking about a renovation for their home. Our days are spent drawing up plans or talking to the workers about dimensions. The walls have some marks on them from moving heavy boards around. It’s a practical environment. Being on Double Phatak Road for several years has made us part of the neighborhood. Most of the people who come in live nearby. They usually have a lot of questions about what kind of wood or laminate is best for their needs. We just tell them what we know from years of experience. It’s a steady business. Opening up happens around ten and we stay until the sun goes down. It’s just a normal day of work, making sure the measurements are right and the wood is cut.
