Pulsar Rubber Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Ganganagar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, but we like having the extra space here. Our main work is making rubber products of all kinds. The factory floor is always humming with the sound of the machines, and the smell of hot rubber is something you never quite forget. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of locals who have been with us for a long time. Our office is a small room near the main entrance where we handle the mail and the bookkeeping. Since we are near the Ganganagar post office, it’s fairly easy for us to send and receive things. The work is repetitive, but it’s what we know. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the rubber to make sure it’s not too brittle or too soft. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a polished image. We are just a manufacturing plant trying to make a decent product. The surroundings are mostly fields and other small workshops, which makes for a relatively quiet environment compared to the industrial zones in the city. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep our machines running smoothly.
