Pricewaterhousecoopers

I’m writing this from our spot in Baguiati, over at Krishna Vihar Appartment. We are on the second floor, flat 2B. If you know Chawal Putty, you know where we are. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, but our office stays pretty quiet so we can get through the paperwork. It isn't a huge skyscraper or anything fancy. Just a regular apartment building where we have our desks set up. People usually find us easily enough once they get to the right street. This is where we run things for Pricewaterhousecoopers. Most of the folks working here live nearby in the West Bengal area, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s got a local feel to it. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure the files are in order. Usually, there’s tea going around in the afternoon. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy slides. It’s mostly just us sitting at our computers or talking over the desk about what needs to be done next. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s a lot of traffic outside some days, but once you’re inside 2B, it’s just a normal workplace. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in this part of the city. No big corporate speeches here, just the work we do every day. It's a plain setup.
