Bajaj Alliance is situated in Kolkata, specifically at Marwarical Chowmata. We are located inside or alongside Samrat Cloth Shop. Our post office is Hazinagar in the 24 Parganas North area. We have our little corner where we do the insurance work. It’s a bit unusual but it works for us. People know they can find us there. The Chowmata is a major crossroads so there’s always something happening outside. It’s loud and energetic. We don't have a separate grand entrance. You just come toward the cloth shop and there we are. We’ve been part of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our visitors are locals who live nearby in Hazinagar. They come in to talk about their policies while they are out running errands. It’s a very practical way to be accessible. We don't use big fancy terms. We just explain things as they are. The office is full of ledgers and papers. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the cloth around but it’s a friendly atmosphere. That’s how we run Bajaj Alliance here. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for the books and a couple of chairs for guests.
