If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in Flat C2M1 at the 1723 CMDA Nagar Housing Complex. It’s a busy enough spot here in Barrackpore, right near Sewli Enipara. Most of the people around Titagarh know the area well since it's quite a landmark with all the housing blocks. We aren't a big fancy outfit with a glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat where we get our work done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is acting up, but that’s just how it is in these older complexes. We’ve been here for a while now and most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for the staff. We mostly spend our days handling the paperwork and answering calls that come in. It’s not always quiet, especially when the neighbors are around or when the street gets busy outside, but we manage. People stop by sometimes to ask questions and we try to help out where we can. There isn't a reception desk with a fancy logo or someone waiting to greet you with a coffee. It’s just us sitting at our desks doing what needs to be done. We keep things pretty simple here. No one wears a suit unless there’s a really big reason to. We like it that way because it feels more like a home than a cold office. It gets the job done and we’re happy enough.
