You’ll find us at 2/2, Babu Rani Para, which is in the Bhatpara area of North 24 Paraganas. It’s a place with a lot of history, mostly known for its old factories and mills. Our office is in a quiet residential-style street, quite different from the noisy industrial parts nearby. The building is fairly old, and the address is a bit confusing for delivery people sometimes. We have a small yard out front that mostly gets overgrown with weeds during the rainy season. Inside, the rooms have high ceilings which helps with the humidity. We’ve got some big wooden cupboards for all the project documentation we have to keep. It’s a very simple setup—just some desks, chairs, and a few computers. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls, just some old safety posters and a map of the district. The local people know us as the office that’s been here for a while. We get our lunch from home most days, but sometimes we go out to the local market for some sweets. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere compared to a big city office. We just do our work, talk to the contractors who come by, and try to keep things organized. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a bunch of us working in a quiet Para in West Bengal. The floor tile in the corner is cracked, but we've got a rug over it for now.
