We are set up on P.C. Road, right near the Ghola Bazar post office. It’s a lively area, especially on market days. There are always people moving around, rickshaws honking, and the general buzz of the bazar. Our place is right in the middle of all that. It’s not a large office, just enough space for the team to gather and sort out the schedules. West Bengal gets a lot of rain, so we spend a fair bit of time dealing with leaks or just waiting for the downpour to stop so we can head out. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We have some old wooden desks and plenty of chai cups lying around. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We don't use any fancy language when we talk to each other. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of the guys here have been with the company for a long time and know the local area like the back of their hand. If you’re looking for us, just ask anyone near the bazar and they’ll point you toward P.C. Road. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and we like the community feel of being here. There is always someone dropping by for a chat, which makes the day go faster.
