The Indian Jute Industries Research Association has been a part of this neighborhood for quite a long time now. Salt Lake is generally a bit quieter than the rest of the city, which is nice for actually getting some work finished. Our pin code is 700064. The building itself has that classic, older look you often find in this part of the city. Inside, everything is focused on the daily tasks at hand. We don’t have much in the way of modern decor or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just functional desks and tall piles of papers and files. Dealing with the Indian Jute Industries Research Association means there is always something new to look into or a report to finish, but we don't make a big fuss about it. We just go about our business day by day. The staff here is mostly local people, and we’ve all been through the same heavy rainy seasons and intense heatwaves over the years. It is a very grounded and practical place to work. We don't use any of that fancy business talk because it simply wouldn't feel right in this office. We are just a bunch of people working in a specific sector of the industry, trying to keep our records and research as organized as we can. It has been our home for many years now.
