Icici Bank

We've been here as Icici Bank at FC 27 in Salt Lake for a while now. Most days start pretty early because Kolkata gets moving fast. Being in Sector 3, we see a lot of the same faces coming through the doors to handle their money or just ask a quick question about an account. It’s a busy spot near the park and the local markets. People drop by on their way to work or while they're out running errands. It's not a fancy place, just a regular office where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Some days the lines get a bit long, especially at the start of the month, but that’s just how it goes here. We deal with all sorts of paperwork, passbooks, and cash. The staff knows most of the regulars by name now. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood than just some big building. We aren't here to give speeches, just to help with whatever banking someone needs that day. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet slows down a bit, but we manage. It's mostly about keeping things moving and making sure people can get back to their day. Salt Lake is a quiet place usually, but this corner stays active. If you're around this part of Kolkata, you’ve probably seen us near the intersection. We just keep our heads down and work to get things sorted.
