Genesis Fintec Ltd

Our office is over on 19 Thakurdas Banerjee Road, right in the heart of Belgharia in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of West Bengal, and we’ve been operating from this address for quite some time. We are a fintec company, which mostly involves us sitting at our desks and working through various financial processes on our screens. It might not sound like the most exciting thing to everyone, but it keeps us very busy. The building has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we like because it feels solid. We aren't into those modern, glass-walled offices you see in the movies. Ours is more practical, with real walls and a bit of wear and tear on the floors. We have a small team here, and we all get along pretty well. There’s no corporate hierarchy that feels stiff or cold. We just talk to each other normally and get the work done. Outside, the street is always full of life, with vendors and people heading to the station. It’s a good location because it’s easy for us to get to, even if the traffic in Kolkata can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve grown accustomed to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. It’s just where we do our thing, day in and day out, without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. It's a stable environment and we appreciate the routine of it all.
