Our office is at 73 Natungram Road in the Saheb Bagan area of Shyamnagar. We’re part of the 24 Parganas North district, which is a bit of a trek from the main bustle of Kolkata, but it’s a good place for us. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow around us. The building is just a regular one on a busy road, and we don’t have any flashy signs or posters to draw attention. We mostly rely on the fact that we’ve been here so long that people just know who we are. Inside, it’s a very simple setup. We have a few rooms filled with desks and files, and the team just gets on with the work. There aren't any big corporate meetings or motivational speeches. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. The local environment is friendly, and we often see the same people passing by every morning. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a place where people can come and get their business handled without any fuss. The summers can get quite hot in this part of Bengal, but we’ve got our fans and we keep things moving along. It’s an honest, everyday kind of operation that we’re proud to be part of.
