Descon Limited

We are over in Saltlake, specifically in Sector 2 at Bg 45. Kolkata is a big city, but Saltlake has its own feel, and we like being in this sector. It’s a bit more organized than some other parts. Descon Limited has been here for a good while. The office is functional. We have the usual stuff like desks and filing cabinets. It’s not a place meant for showing off. We just come here to work. Most of our time is spent on projects that require a lot of focus. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building retreats or anything like that. We just work together and get along fine. Sometimes the tea breaks are the best part of the afternoon. We have a few people who have been with us since the beginning. It’s a steady environment. Being at Bg 45 makes it easy for us to connect with other businesses in Sector 2. We don't put out a lot of advertisements. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to keep things going. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has served us well over the years. We keep our paperwork in order and try to be as helpful as we can when someone reaches out. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a part of the city we know well. We just open up in the morning and do what needs doing.
