Our office is tucked away at 14 Thakur Bari Sarani in East Belgharia. It’s a quiet corner of Kolkata, at least compared to the main roads. Dcpl has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the way things go in this part of town. The pin code is 700083, in case anyone is looking for us on a map. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. There’s no corporate hierarchy or fancy uniforms here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The building is just a normal house turned into a workspace, so it feels quite cozy. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit loud, but we don't mind. It’s better than being in a cold, sterile office building. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing how to handle the next job. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure we finish what we started. Life in Belgharia is pretty steady. We see the same faces every morning when we walk to the office. It’s a good place to be. We are just a local business doing our thing. Nothing more to it than that. If you ever find yourself on Thakur Bari Sarani, you’ll see our small sign out front. We are usually inside busy with something or other until the evening rolls around.
