We’ve been here in Salt Lake City for a while now, specifically in Sector 3 at IA 20. Kolkata is always busy, and this part of the city has its own rhythm. The office is where we spend most of our daylight hours, dealing with paperwork and talking to people who walk through the door. It gets quite humid in the summer months, but we have the fans going and usually a few cups of tea on the desks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during rush hour when everyone is trying to get home. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the usual calendars and some files stacked up. It’s a practical space. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we know the local chai stall owners and the best spots to grab a quick lunch nearby. Salt Lake is a bit greener than the central parts of the city, which is nice when you look out the window. People come in with questions, and we try to sort through things as clearly as we can. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular office where we get through the daily tasks. We keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate vibe, just a bunch of us working through the piles of documents and making sure everything is in order before we head out for the day. We are just part of the local scenery now.
