Capgemini

Capgemini is situated at Ee 38 5 in Sector II of Salt Lake. This part of Kolkata 700091 is pretty familiar to us. We’ve been working out of this building for quite some time. It’s a standard setup with a couple of floors where we keep our equipment and desks. We don't have a massive budget for interior design, so it looks like a regular office with grey carpets and functional lighting. We spend most of our time on the phones or on our laptops. It’s a quiet place for the most part, though things can get a bit hectic near the end of the month. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just say we work in tech and leave it at that. There’s a small balcony where people go to get some air, which is nice when the weather isn't too hot. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to get through our project lists. The commute to Sector II isn't too bad for most of the staff, so we usually start early. We don't have a lot of meetings that could have been emails. We just talk over the partitions if we need something. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We focus on being reliable and getting the tasks finished on time without any unnecessary drama. Our desks are a bit messy with paperwork, but we know where everything is.
