We operate out of K-27 in Sector-11, Noida. Being in Noida means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and factories. It’s an industrial vibe. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our export work. The heat in U.P. 201301 can get pretty intense during the summer months, so the fans are always on full blast. We have stacks of items ready to go and a lot of packaging material lying around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather just have good tools and a reliable connection to the outside world. The people working here have been through the ups and downs of the export trade. We know how to deal with the paperwork and the customs stuff without making a big deal out of it. Most of our days are spent checking boxes and making sure everything is labeled right. It’s manual work mixed with some office tasks. We usually grab lunch from the local vendors nearby who sell parathas and chai. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to do right by the people we work with from our Noida base. Sometimes the noise from the workshop next door makes it hard to hear on the phone.
