Vidhi Mobile Point

Our small shop Vidhi Mobile Point is tucked away in Naya Bans Sector 15 2. It’s a busy little corner. People drop in all day long because their screen cracked or the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. Most of the time it’s just me or one of the guys behind the counter trying to figure out why a phone stopped working. We have chargers and covers hanging on the walls. It isn't a huge place so it gets crowded pretty fast when three or four people come in at once. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of the street outside coming through the door. Some people come in just to ask how to use an app or get a quick recharge done. We see a lot of familiar faces from around the neighborhood. It’s nice knowing everyone's name. Sometimes we are waiting on parts to arrive so the back shelf gets a bit messy with half-opened phones waiting for their turn. We don't have a big sign or anything but people find us anyway. Dealing with electronics can be frustrating when things don't go right but we just keep trying until it’s sorted out. The lights in here are a bit bright but they help us see the tiny screws. We stay open until late most nights because that's when people get off work and realize they need help with their devices.
