Down here in Gautam Budh Nagar, we spend most of our time staring at circuit boards. The shop is just a regular spot on the street. We don't have a big sign or bright lights, just the work we do every day. People bring in phones that have been through everything, cracked cases and batteries that won't hold a charge. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. The workbench is always a mess of wires and little screwdrivers that always seem to go missing right when you need them. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a wooden bench outside the door under the shade. It’s better than sitting inside with the heat from the heat guns. We’ve been handling mobiles for a while now, back from when they only had physical buttons. Now it’s all touchscreens and glass. Every day someone comes in with a different problem, and we just try to figure it out as we go. Sometimes we can't fix it, and we just tell them straight. We don't like to waste people's time or our own. The neighborhood is okay, a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is around this part of the district. We keep some basic accessories like chargers and earphones on the racks, mostly for the locals who live nearby. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, just fixing things and talking to the regulars who stop by to say hello.
