We've been here in Phool Singh Market for a good while now. Most people around Sector 27 know where to find us. It’s a busy spot in Atta, and there's always something going on outside the shop. We handle a lot of different things related to phones. Some days it’s just someone needing a new screen because they dropped their mobile on the pavement, and other days we're helping folks figure out why their data isn't working. It's not a fancy place, just a regular shop with shelves full of cases and chargers. We try to keep things straightforward. If a repair is going to take a couple of days, we tell you that. People come in from the market while they're doing their other shopping. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still sitting here in the same spot. It’s mostly just us working hard and making sure people can stay connected. You’ll see the sign for Anand Sai Telecom right there near the other local stores. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s practical work. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their gadgets. It’s what we do.
