Unique Mould & Tools

Our place is at Plot No. E-64 in Sector 7. If you know G. B. Nagar, you know we’re right near Ashok Nagar. We make moulds and various tools. It is a lot of metal and grease. The workshop is always noisy because of the grinding machines. We’ve got a small crew here. Some guys have been with us for years. We spend most of the day measuring things down to the millimeter. If you get it wrong, the whole piece is junk. We don't like wasting material. It's hot in the summer with all the machines running. We have a cooler but it only does so much. The floor is concrete and stays cold in the winter though. People bring us drawings and we try to figure out how to make it work. Sometimes the designs are complicated and we have to talk it over for an hour before we even start. We keep our tools organized on the wall, or we try to. Sometimes things get misplaced when we’re in a hurry. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be fancy or polished. We just want the tools to work right when they leave the shop. There is a tea stall nearby where we get our snacks in the afternoon. That’s about it for us. Just a regular shop doing what we know how to do. We don't have a website or anything, just the shop floor and our hands.
