Our factory is situated at B-12 in Noida Sector-64. We spend our days making various auto parts, and let me tell you, it is never a quiet day around here. The smell of oil and the sound of metal being shaped is just part of our daily routine. We started out with just a couple of machines and have slowly added more as the years went by. Sector-64 is a busy hub for manufacturing, so we fit right in with the other units on the block. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a group of workers who know how to handle tools and machinery. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half a day getting them back online, which is frustrating but it is part of the job. We don't have a fancy showroom or a polished lobby. Our focus is entirely on the production line and making sure the parts we send out are what they need to be. The office is small and usually piled high with paperwork and blueprints. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the shop, talking about everything from the weather to the latest cricket scores. It is hard work and our hands are rarely clean, but we are proud of the stuff we make right here in this building.
