Our office is located in Tower A 1 of the Corporate Park in Sector-142. It’s room 303. Even though the sign outside says "Corporate Park," we try to keep things pretty down-to-earth at KOR Energy. Noida is full of these big glass buildings, but inside our own space, it’s just a bunch of regular people who care about solar power and electricity. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and technical drawings on our screens. It’s not just about selling panels to people; it’s about figuring out if the technology will actually work for a specific building or factory. We’ve seen the energy sector change a lot in Uttar Pradesh over the last few years. We started this because we saw a lot of wasted sun and a lot of people complaining about high bills. Now, we spend our days coordinating with teams out in the field and making sure the engineering is solid. It can get pretty stressful when project deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to keep our cool. We aren't a massive multinational corporation; we are a local team that knows the grid and the local regulations well. We have a coffee machine that gets a lot of use and some desks that have seen better days. It feels like a real, working office, not a showroom. We don’t go in for big mission statements or posters. We just want to get things done.
