Our place is located in the Noida Phase II Special Economic Zone, specifically at E-7. It’s a large area and getting inside can be a bit of a process because of the security gates and all the rules they have for the SEZ. Indeutsch Industries Pvt Ltd is a manufacturing setup, so it’s not like a small retail shop where people just walk in off the street. There are many of us working here across different departments. The atmosphere is mostly focused on the production lines and making sure everything is running on schedule. We have large machines and a lot of materials moving around throughout the day. I usually arrive by the company bus or my own scooter, and the commute can be quite long depending on the traffic near Phase II. Inside E-7, the space is divided into different sections for storage and work. It’s not a fancy office with carpets; it’s a functional industrial building where things get made. We take our breaks in the canteen and talk about our families or what’s happening in the news. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but there is a good sense of community among the workers. We’ve been operating from this Noida location for quite a while now. It’s just a standard industrial environment where we put in our hours and go home when the shift is finished. We don't have much time for anything other than getting the work done right.
