Tyagi Mobile Shop

Tyagi Mobile Shop is our little business located in Sector 51 of Noida. We’ve been here for a while now, serving the people who live in the residential blocks nearby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We sell mobile phones, various types of accessories like cases and chargers, and we do a lot of repair work for common issues. The shop is basically one room with a lot of glass display cases. We spend our days answering questions about data plans or helping someone move their photos from an old phone to a new one. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work and it pays the bills. We aren't part of any big chain. It's just a local shop where we know many of our customers by their first names. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles in the peak of summer, and we just have to deal with it and keep the door closed. We don't have fancy uniforms or a corporate manual to follow. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. If someone brings in a phone that's too far gone, we tell them it's better to save their money than to try and fix it. That kind of honesty is how we’ve stayed in business this long in such a competitive area. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to close down at night. It’s a simple life and we’re happy to be part of the Sector 51 community.
