Tushar Industries

Tushar Industries is at F-60 in Sector-8. This is a typical industrial block where every building looks almost the same. We have been in this spot for several years now. You can hear the sound of machines and metal hitting metal all through the day. Our unit is not very big and it is often quite crowded with materials and paperwork. We do not have a receptionist or a waiting room for visitors. If you come to see us, you will probably find us on the shop floor with our sleeves rolled up. The building is old and the paint is starting to peel in the corners. We do not worry about that too much because we are too busy with the orders. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We drink a lot of tea together to stay sharp during the long shifts. Sometimes the shipments are delayed and we have to stay late into the night to catch up. Sector-8 is a busy place and it is hard to find parking during the middle of the day. Most of us bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small office space. We do not have any big mission statements. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. It is a basic way of living but it works for us.
