We are over in Sector 20 of Noida, at A-30. It’s an office where we focus on the digital side of the steel trade. Even though we are an "e-services" company, we are still just regular people working at desks. Noida has grown so much lately, and being in Sector 20 puts us in a good spot to stay connected. We spend a lot of time on computers, managing the platform and making sure the listings for steel are correct. It’s not like a traditional steel yard where you get dust on your boots, but it’s still hard work in its own way. We started this because we saw that people needed an easier way to find steel online. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a small area for tea. Sometimes the internet acts up or the electricity goes out, which is typical for around here, but we get through it. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We try to keep the website running smooth so buyers and sellers can find each other without too much trouble. It’s a small group of us here, and we mostly just focus on keeping the data updated and helping out anyone who calls with a question about their account. It’s a practical business for a modern world.
