At Steel Scaff India Pvt Ltd, we operate out of I-56 in Sector-22, Noida. This part of Uttar Pradesh has changed a lot since we first started, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We’re right in the middle of it. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking in equipment and making sure the inventory is where it’s supposed to be. Scaffolding is a tough business because the metal gets worn out and you have to keep a close eye on everything. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back or sitting at a dusty desk trying to sort out the schedule. We don't use any high-level business strategies; we just try to be fair and do what we said we’d do. Sometimes we run behind schedule because of the traffic in Noida or a truck breaking down, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows their job. It’s just a basic, hardworking shop. We’re here every day, dealing with the steel and the heat, just like any other local business in the sector.
