Spicy Houzng

Spicy Houzng is based out of Sector 62. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of office buildings and apartments. We mostly help people find a place to stay or sort out their living arrangements. Our office is pretty basic. Just a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit in while we go through listings, and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. We aren't a big real estate firm with fancy cars. We just know the local area well and which landlords are okay to deal with. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around to check out different properties. It gets tiring when the weather is hot, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use those big glossy magazines to show houses. We usually just take a few photos on our phones and show them to whoever comes in. People stop by to ask about rents or if any new flats have opened up nearby. We try to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things. Sector 62 has a lot of people moving in and out, so there is always something happening. We just help them get settled without a lot of fuss. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We drink a lot of tea and talk to a lot of neighbors who are looking for a new home. It's just us doing the daily grind here. We don't have a big marketing team.
