Sisodia Engineering

Our shop is located at Plot No. 7A in the New Industrial Area. If you know where the Yamaha plant is, we’re right near there. Sisodia Engineering is basically a place where we deal with metal and machines all day. It gets pretty loud with all the cutting and drilling going on. There’s always a bit of grease on the floor and some metal shavings near the benches. We aren’t a huge company with fancy meetings; usually, we just stand around a drawing or a piece of steel and figure out how to fix it or make it. The weather gets really hot in the shed during the summer months. We drink a lot of tea and keep the fans going. Most of the staff here have been working with tools for years. We don't use big words or have a mission statement on the wall. We just take the work as it comes in. The trucks from the Yamaha side pass by all the time, making the ground shake a little. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job that needs to go out the next morning. It’s a bit messy, and our hands are always stained with oil, but that's just part of being in the engineering business. We like being in this part of town because all the suppliers are close by. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do.
