Bhushan Steel Ltd

If you head up to the top floor of the Dhawalgiri Apartments in Sector-11, Noida, that is where you will find us. We are one of the smaller branches for Bhushan Steel Ltd, but we stay pretty busy. Being in an apartment building for an office is a bit different, but it works for us. It’s a bit more relaxed than those huge glass towers you see in other parts of Noida. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. You can usually hear someone making tea in the back or the sound of the traffic from the street below. We don’t do much in the way of marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just handle the steel accounts and the regional logistics. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around and chatting with the neighbors. It’s a very local feel. Most of us have been working in steel for a long time, so we know the ins and outs of the business. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes it gets a bit tedious dealing with all the numbers, but it’s what we know. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We’re just a team working out of a top-floor office in Sector-11, making sure things stay on track. It is a steady way to spend the day and we like the crowd here.
