We are over at W-186 in Sector 12, Noida. It is a pretty basic office where we do our engineering and consulting work. We have been here for a good while now, and the place has seen a lot of projects come and go. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s just a place with desks, some old chairs, and plenty of blueprints laying around. We spend most of our time looking at technical drawings and talking to people about their building plans. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, but usually, you can find someone here at the desk. The neighborhood is alright, and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of the sector. People stop by when they need a bit of advice on a project or when they have some technical issues they can't figure out on their own. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving past. We just try to be practical about things. If someone has a problem, we look at the numbers and the plans and try to find a solution that works. It is just a small team of us working here every day. We keep things simple and don't use a lot of big words or empty promises. It’s just engineering work, plain and simple.
