First Principle Design Limited

We are set up over in Sector 29, specifically at 1772. Being in Noida means there is always construction or something happening nearby, but inside our space, it is mostly about the drawing and the planning. First Principle Design Limited started because we wanted a place where we could actually work on projects without all the extra corporate layers. It is a decent-sized office and we keep our stuff fairly organized, though you will see plenty of papers and sketches lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of time talking through ideas with folks who come in. It isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes a design takes forever to get right, or we have to change things last minute because of a new requirement. That is just the way this business goes. We like being in this part of U.P. because it feels connected to everything else. Most of the people working here live close by, so we know the neighborhood and the local vendors. We don't have a big fancy reception area. Usually you just walk in and one of us will be there to see what you need. It is practical work. We focus on the basics of a project and try to make sure nothing gets overlooked. There aren't many bells and whistles here, just a lot of coffee and people trying to get the drawings finished on time for the next deadline.
