Pragati is located right in the middle of Mangal Bajar in Noida. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how busy it gets, especially on the days when everyone is out shopping. Our place isn't anything fancy. It’s just a local business trying to keep up with the daily rush. We handle different things depending on what people are looking for that day. Being in Mangal Bajar means there is always noise and people passing by our door. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us working here, making sure we take care of the people who walk in. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but we’re still in the same spot. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the crowd outside, but we manage. We don’t spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most of our customers are people who are already at the market for their weekly shopping. We just try to be honest and do our work without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical way to run things. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush dies down.
