Our shop is tucked away in Sector 12 of Noida, right at house number Y-158A. It’s an engineering place, so there is always some noise from the tools or someone talking about a specific part that needs fixing. Noida can be a bit of a maze with all these sectors, but we’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys don't get lost anymore. Shape Engineering is mostly about getting the metal work and technical stuff sorted for our clients. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for years now. It gets pretty dusty inside, but that’s just how it goes when you’re doing this kind of work. We aren't a massive factory, just a private limited company trying to keep the machines running. Some mornings we start early when the air is still cool, and we try to finish the heavy lifting before the afternoon sun hits the building. There’s a lot of back and forth with paperwork and checking measurements. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to redo things to make sure they fit right. We don't spend much on fancy office chairs or anything. Most of our time is spent on the floor or at the benches. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us just getting on with it, wearing our old work clothes and trying to stay on top of the orders.
