Falcon Placement

Falcon Placement is based at I-22 in Sector-22, Noida. We have been working out of this location for a good amount of time now. The name Falcon sounds a bit sharp, but we are actually quite a relaxed group of people. Our main job is placement, which involves a lot of talking to different companies and looking for people who might be a good fit for them. It is not a very glamorous job, and it involves a lot of screen time and phone conversations. Sector-22 is a busy part of town, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is not very big, and we don't have any expensive decorations. It is just a place for us to work. We don't believe in using a lot of marketing jargon to describe what we do. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It is as simple as that. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in at once, and it can get a bit chaotic, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We aren't a large corporation with a lot of departments. We are just a few people who know how to get things done. We like the local food stalls around Sector-22 for our lunch breaks. It’s a very normal life for us here, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
