Shanthi Tour & Travels

Shanthi Tour & Travels is right on the Main Road in Mukhiya Market, Sector 35. It is a busy area with lots of shops and people walking by. We have a small storefront that we have been in for several years. It is a bit noisy with the market outside, but we like being in the thick of it. My wife and I run the place together. We mostly help people with bus bookings and local tours. The office is decorated with things we have collected over the years, like small statues and calendars from past years that we forgot to take down. We have a couple of chairs for customers to sit on while we look up their information. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come in to ask for water, and we don't mind at all. We know most of the other shopkeepers in Mukhiya Market, so it feels like a big family. We don't have a fancy computer system; we just use what works and keep our records in big ledgers. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it keeps us organized. When people come in, we just talk to them like friends. We don't use any scripts or formal language. We just want to help them get their travel sorted so they can enjoy their time away. It is a simple business on a busy street. We are usually here from morning until the market closes at night.
