You can find us in Sector 18, right across the road from the GIP mall. It’s an incredibly busy area, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping or going to the movies. Fcc Tourism Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the whole neighborhood change quite a bit. Our office is usually full of the sound of phones ringing and people talking about visa requirements or flight timings. It’s not a very big space, and it often feels a bit cramped when a few families come in at the same time to plan a trip. There are stacks of folders everywhere and our desks are always covered in sticky notes. We spend a lot of time explaining the same things over and over, like what documents you need or how long a passport takes to process. Across the street, the mall is always crowded, so we get a lot of people just wandering in because they saw our sign while looking for parking. We don't have a polished waiting room or anything like that, just some chairs and a water dispenser. It’s a fast-paced environment because everyone is always in a hurry to get their tickets or confirm their bookings. We just keep our heads down and try to get the paperwork finished before the day ends so we can go home.
