We set up Jd Travels Online right here in Sethi Max Royal. Apartment C-201 is where we keep the computers and files. It is a small space but it works for what we do. Mostly we spend the whole day looking at flights and hotel prices. People used to come by more often but now it is usually over the phone or through email. Booking trips has changed a lot since we first started. There is always some new system or website to learn. We handle a lot of family vacations and some work trips too. It gets really hectic around the holiday seasons. The phone just does not stop ringing then. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to sit and wait it out. It is frustrating when you are trying to snag a cheap ticket for someone. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes with flight numbers and dates. We try to keep things organized but it is a bit of a mess. Sethi Max Royal is a good spot for us. It is convenient and easy to find. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of agents. It is just a few of us here making sure people get where they need to go. We know the shortcuts and which airlines are a pain to deal with. It is a lot of staring at screens. But seeing someone's photos after they get back makes the long hours okay. It is a good life here.
