Getting up to the first floor at F-66 in Sector-11 can be a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow again. Indus Cureyatra Pvt. Ltd. is basically a few desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with papers. We spend most of our time talking on the phone with people who are trying to figure out their travel or medical stuff. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes the lines are fuzzy. Sector-11 is a decent area, but the noise from the main road definitely reaches us up here. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee because the days tend to get long. Most of the time, the office feels a bit lived-in, with jackets hanging on chairs and stacks of folders that haven't been touched in a week. We don't have a big reception area, just a couple of plastic chairs for visitors who drop by. It gets a little stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down. Our neighbors in the building are mostly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on a tricky itinerary. We don't do much marketing or anything; people just seem to find our address and show up. It’s just a steady routine of paperwork and phone calls, day in and day out, trying to stay on top of all the requests.
