Thomas Cook Trip

You can find us in the Sec 12-22 area. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about where they want to go. It is a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and travel brochures scattered around. People usually come in when they are planning a holiday or need to get a ticket fixed for a work trip. We get all kinds of visitors, from families looking for a summer break to people who just need a quick flight. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, which is annoying but it happens. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy, there are papers everywhere. Sec 12-22 is a decent place to be located. There’s enough foot traffic and people living nearby who know we are here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to make sure people get their bookings done without too much trouble. Sometimes we stay late when there is a complicated itinerary to figure out or if a flight gets cancelled and we have to help someone out. It’s not always easy work, especially when prices keep changing every minute, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just sit down with you and look at the options. That's pretty much our whole day here.
