Shanker Engineering Works

Shanker Engineering Works is located at A 56 Sector 10. We have been in this spot for a good number of years now. Mostly what we do here is handle metal and machines. The shop gets pretty loud once the morning starts. Our guys are always busy with the lathes or doing some welding in the back corner. It is definitely not a fancy place to look at. It is just a regular workshop with tools spread out and grease on most of the surfaces. People in the area come to us when something breaks down or when they need a specific part made that they can't find in a store. We try our best to get the jobs done on time, but sometimes things take longer than we thought. It gets very dusty in the summer months and it’s quite cold when the rain starts coming down. Sector 10 has a whole lot of different shops, but we just stay in our own little corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is usually the only real break we get. If you happen to walk past A 56, you will probably hear the sound of the machines running. We do not have a big office. It is just the main shop floor and a few benches. It is honest, hard work. We fix things and we make things. The address is simple to find if you are familiar with this part of Noida. We have been working with iron and steel for a long time. It is not a clean job and our hands are usually black with oil by noon.
