We are located at Plot No. F-63 in Site-C of the Surajpur Industrial Area. It’s deep in Gautam Budh Nagar, surrounded by a lot of other factories and large warehouses. Working at Sendhamarai Engineering Pvt Ltd means dealing with a lot of noise and heat every single day. The industrial area isn't the prettiest place to be, and there is always a layer of grit on the windows. We do engineering work, which basically means we spend our time fixing machines and welding parts together. It’s the kind of work that leaves you with grease under your fingernails at the end of the shift. Our team is small and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We don't have a proper office; it’s mostly just the workshop floor and a small corner with a table for paperwork. Sometimes the trucks blocking the road make it hard to get in or out of Site-C, which can be pretty frustrating when we are in a hurry. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy brochures. We just take the jobs that come in and try to finish them without any major problems. Most people who come to us are other business owners from around Gautam Budh Nagar who need something built or repaired. It’s tough work, but it’s what we know how to do.
