K.S.C. Engineers (P.) Ltd.

Our office at C-6 in Sector-3 is pretty straightforward. K.S.C. Engineers (P.) Ltd. has been operating out of this plot for some time now. Sector-3 is mostly industrial, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of some machine or another in the distance. Our building is a simple two-story structure with a small yard in the front where we sometimes park the bikes. Inside, the walls are painted a dull off-white and there are calendars from three years ago still hanging in the back office. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just sit at the desks, look at the project requirements, and figure out how to build what needs building. The air conditioner in the main room rattles a bit, but it keeps the dust out, which is the main thing in this part of town. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at technical drawings. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in the summer. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a grand philosophy or a list of values on the wall. We just show up at C-6 every morning, do the engineering work that’s expected of us, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life.
