Baaf Engineers (P) Ltd

We’ve been here at E-48 in the Surajpur Industrial Area for quite some time now. If you know this part of Greater Noida, you know Site-B is always busy with trucks and noise. Our workshop at Baaf Engineers is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's mostly just metal, tools, and a bunch of us trying to get the engineering specs right for whatever project is on the floor that week. Some days it gets pretty hot under the shed, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the parts fit like they’re supposed to. People around Gautam Budh Nagar know where to find us if they need something sturdy made. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm. Sometimes the tea break is the only time it gets quiet. We just keep our heads down and handle the fabrication work as it comes in. It’s practical work for practical people. If the machines are running and the orders are moving out the gate, then it’s a good day for everyone involved here. That's pretty much how we've always run things in this corner of the industrial estate. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work.
