Our setup for Ptsi Pvt Ltd Joint Venture Sterling Eng And Design Group Ltd is a bit different than most. We are actually located in Room No 2 of Mahendra Hostel at CMD College in Modinagar. It is right in the Ghaziabad area. Being based in a hostel room might sound a bit cramped, but it works for what we need to do. We have enough space for our computers and the design work we handle. It is a joint venture, so we have people from both companies coming in and out of the room throughout the week. It gets a bit busy and sometimes a little loud, especially when we are trying to coordinate between the different groups. We don't have a big sign outside or a reception desk. You just have to know which room to look for in the Mahendra Hostel. Modinagar is a lively place, and being near the college keeps us on our toes. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the engineering and design tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking through project details. It is a practical way to run things without spending a lot on a fancy office building. We have been here for a while and the college staff knows us. It is just a real, working environment where we get the job done without any extra fluff or complications.
