We started Abdullah Fresh Foods a while back now. It is just us here at the F-4 unit trying to get the right produce to people who need it. Most days involve a lot of checking the crates and making sure everything looks okay before it goes out. It gets pretty busy in the mornings. There is always someone on the phone or moving things around the floor. We are not a giant company with a huge office or anything fancy like that. It is just a practical setup for handling food items. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything sorted. It is hard work but it keeps us going. The neighbors know us as the place where the delivery vans pull up early. We handle mostly vegetables and basic stuff people eat every day. We just try to do our job without making a big fuss about it. The paperwork takes up more time than I would like, sitting at the desk in the corner. But that is how it goes when you run a business. We have a few people helping out with the heavy lifting and the cleaning. It is a straightforward operation. We do not spend much on ads or anything. Most people find us because they need food supplies and we happen to be right here at F-4. It is just life in the food trade. We just want to get through the orders and go home and rest after a long shift.
